Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule allowing for the clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses & profits from stock sales, is a LONG STANDING MUCH NEEDED reform. THE INCOME GAP BETWEEN THE 1% & the 99% IS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING & LACKS ALL MORALS & ETHICS!
