Securities and Exchange Commission Official Comment File Number SR-NASDAQ-2023-005, The SEC’s new rule allowing clawback of executive compensation, including pay, bonuses, and profits from stock sales, is a much needed reform. I support it and ask the SEC to prepare to implement it as quickly as possible once it goes into effect. Sincerely ,Karen Paull
