I am aware I'm submitting this after the Jan 4th deadline for comments. It is my understanding that the SEC has historically accepted comment letters after the official deadline. I support adopting listing rules related to Board diversity. Diversity not only ensures success for today, but paves the way for exponential growth and opportunities for marginalized groups for the years to come. Without guidelines to ensure diversity, there is no accountability to deliver a diverse Board. Please consider passing adoption of listing rules related to Board diversity.
