Dear Securities and Exchange Commissioners:
I urge you to pass the proposal to require a very basic minimum of diversity in representation on the boards of companies included in the NASDAQ. Requiring at least one woman and at least on LGBTQ person or person of color is an incredibly low bar, and if companies cannot meet this requirement, they should face consequences. Making this a requirement will demonstrate a value for diversity and inclusion that is an absolute requisite for operating in today's world.
