The Government has no business in choosing management of private sector corporations. It is in any company’s interest to choose the best governance; not the best governance of this or that race. The best judge of a companies management is the market itself. Any attempt to meddle in this based on some sort of racial quota will be detrimental to the economy, and will replace (whatever) de facto discrimination might have existed with the de jure form.
