Dear Ms. Countryman, It is discriminatory to use race or sex as criteria for employment. Just as no one wants to be excluded from a job based on their race or sex it is equally wrong to only hire based on these criteria. Please oppose this proposed rule. Thank you, Clayton Butler Concerned citizen
