Certain market information has historically been posted at no chargei.e. " NASDAQ FEEDS". To now start charging for THIS particular service infers market manipulation. Many small investors are not able to pay such fees. Such consideration not only reflects darkly on the securities industry, but speaks LOUDLY to it's distain of the "little guy".
