There is no way I can trade on the NASDAQ if I can't see the buy or sell prices as trades are being executed. The exchanges can and do charge exchange fees tor trades but I think it is unethical to charge for the buy or sell prices. I will not trade on the NASDAQ if the exchange institute that policy. I will find other investment vehicles.
