I think the SCC should file an injunction to the Feb. 1, 2007 charging of fees so as to gain more input from the people trading. The gaining of quotes should be treated as a PUBLIC GOOD that should be widely available to ensure market transparency and create a level playing field among all traders and investors - NOT just institutions and professionals. Thank you.
