I am very upset over the charges proposed to glean stock quotes. This information should be as available as the weather, the news or the time Only the small investor will be hurt or unable to glean the same timely information as those who are well to do. The fees do not affect the well to do investor, only those less fortunate. When a person is going through tough times, is when they need this information the most and that is when it is least affordable to them. I am appalled that this is even an issue...maybe this aspect should be regulated as a condition of doing business as a securities processor. Please do not let this continue, it is not right
