Gentlemen:
I am in favor of the proposed consolidation of the regulatory organizations of the New York Stock Exchange and the NASD. I do not agree that the present NASD members shoul give up their right to vote on the election of all of the Directors. I am also wary of the plan to pay out enormous sums of money to the New York Stock Exchange and believes it need more study and consiceration by current NASD members before it is implemented.
