I am a one man broker dealer and believe that my representaton will be diminished under the new integration. In addition,there was no independent valuation performed related to the broker dealers equity interest in the NASD, no independent fairness opinion presented and the changes ramroded by the NASD with apparent disregard to small dealer opposition to the integration with larger more powerful NYSE firms and independent directors with no experience in the industry.
