Hello SEC. The introduction of a derivative tied to the price of BTC will spell disaster for the financial system and for global markets. As more and more institutional and government money is pumped into btc backed ETFs the greater the exposure there is to the wild fluctuations of btc and other related cryptocurrency price movements. BTC moves in sympathy with many other cryptos which are backed by nothing and offer no value upon which they may be based. As organizations such as the SEC are notorious for ignoring sound advice I expect this note either be entirely ignored. I just wanted to make a statement available in the public record so I may say "I told you so" when billions are erased in the blink of an eye.
