Subject: Opposition to Delay of FINRA Rule 6500

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,
I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed delay of FINRA Rule 6500 Series Rulesets. As a concerned investor, I believe that delaying the implementation of these rules would undermine investor protection and market integrity.
The proposed rules under FINRA Rule 6500 Series are essential for ensuring transparency and accountability in the securities industry. By delaying their implementation, investors are left vulnerable to potential misconduct and manipulation by industry participants. These rules are designed to promote fair and orderly markets, which are crucial for investor confidence and trust.
Furthermore, delaying the implementation of these rules sends the wrong message to the investing public and undermines the credibility of regulatory authorities. It is imperative that the SEC upholds its mandate to protect investors and maintain fair and efficient markets by ensuring that these rules are implemented in a timely manner.
I urge the SEC to reject any proposals to delay the implementation of FINRA Rule 6500 Series and to prioritize the interests of investors and the integrity of the securities markets.
Thank you for considering my comments on this important matter.
Sincerely, Anthony
