Hello, I’m writing to voice my disapproval and concern over the FINRA Rule 6500 Series (Securities Lending and Transparency Engine) decision delay. Delaying such a critical decision is unacceptable. Having an open and transparent market is critical, and the delay to this decision is in direct opposition to a fair and transparent market. I urge you to reconsider the delay, and urge the adoption of the rule when the decision is made. Best, Cody T.
