To Whom It May Concern, The considered delay to this proposed rule change is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. When will the striving towards more transparency in our markets actualize? Does the system have to crash and burn first before we can actually take real steps as a nation to do better for the hardworking people who have been told to work hard, keep their heads down, and trust that the government, funded by our taxes, is actually working for us?
