Considering this has gone through its due process, a delay is unconstitutional, illegal, unacceptable and continues to threaten the legitimacy and the safety of the US financial markets. This favoring of the elites and the big money has to be stopped and the corruption in FINRA and SEC to continue stopping these measures need to be investigated.
