Dear SEC, I am in favor of reducing the 15-minute TRACE reporting timeframe to lower than a minute, namely to real-time, or near real-time. It is important that the reporting occurs below the one second time frame. This will create unparalled transparency and traceability for market participants and will create a level playing field both for large investment corporations and for household investors and savers.
