Is this propasal of extension a joke? It certainly is laughable. Industry participants have had ample time already to make any adjustments necessary to deal with changes to margin requirements so there should be no need to allow them to kick the can further down the road. If they can't deal with the changes now then its highly unlikely they'll be in any better a position to deal with it next May which will no doubt end in another request for a delay. It's better to just get on with it instead of kicking the can till your foot is a bag of mulch. Kind regards, Andy Shevlin
