To whomever it may concern, With the current situation of the stock market, and the overwhelming amounts of fraud and obfuscation of data, I am no longer confident in the resilience in the system. Rules for safe-guarding and damage control should be consistently ENFORCED. Therefore, I am against extending the implementation time of the proposed rule. Enough has been enough - it has been 3 years. It's plain as day how much the corruption is spread and how technology has become an instrument to leverage retail investors money for the greedy profit of financial giants. P.S - bring back the Dodd-frank proposition. Kindly, A household retail investor.
