To whom it may concern, As a household investor, I completely disagree and disapprove with the further postponement of the margin requirement amendments found in Rule 4210. An extension until May 22, 2024 serves to protect no one but the individuals and corporations who find themselves unwilling or unable to meet margin requirements due to their, likely, fraudulent activity. Do not postpone the implementation of these rules. The sooner this is set in motion, the sooner we can have the fair and safe markets that the United States claims to have.
