To whom it may concern, I am against an additional delay to the implemenation of new margin requirements for FINRA rule 4210. The propospal has been intended to go into effect since 2016 and serves as an important buffer to ensure there is enough capital on hand within our banking institutions. I am for an October 25 2023 implementation date.
