Hi, I'm commenting regarding SR-FINRA-2023-011, the proposal to change the implimentation date of FINRA Rule 4210 amendments to establish margin requirements for certain transaction types. This amendment needs to be implimented on time and without delay. The can has been kicked long enough and rules governing margin requirements for obscure trasnaction types should have been implimented from the start. Regards,
