Dear Secretary, I feel that the proposed changes to rule SR-FINRA-2022-024 would erode an advisor's already limited path to refuting spurious claims made against them. I urge you to a strive for a balanced approach that is just for all parties in a dispute, including advisors facing false allegations. Respectfully, D.
