The ability to expunge meritless disclosures is a basic right. An advisor can have disclosures for issues that were caused by prior employee communications with clients. To continue to report a disclosure for 10 + years in regard to something done by a former employee and yet have it reflected on a business owner is not acceptable.

It is also unfair to report a disclose on an advisor record given the only difference between myself and and advisor with an expungement is that the latter advisor happened to feel that it was worth the $12,000 in legal fees necessary to have the item expunged.
