August 8, 2022 I believe this rule should be passed. We have proven the ability to maintain a secure, professional work location from home for the better part of two years. The world is changing to embrace a better work-life balance that encompasses flexibility. The job market is competitive, and with most industries welcoming this change, the financial industry would be amiss to disregard this fundamental change the workforce seeks.
