April 14, 2023 I've been investing for Redacted years, and strongly believe that this proposal is Redacted. How on earth do proposals like this for in with the SEC's fundamental mission statement? \"The U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has a three-part mission: Protect investors Maintain fair orderly, and efficient markets Facilitate capital formation\" How does passing proposals in the night with zero transparency align with parts one and two? This is absolutely ridiculous to issue proposals like this while redacting them in their entirety. The SEC is absolutely failing in their duties by operating in this manner.
