Dear Sir/Ma'am, I don't understand the [REDACTED] sections to the current proposals and am finding it (yet again) difficult to put confidence in the SEC. For everything that is good and virtuous in this world, please look deep in your hearts and take the honorable and high-principled path; the protection of the larger industry players and other, similar ghoul-like organizations is not your mandate, contrary to much contemporary historical record.
