Hi, I would like to leave a comment on rule SR-DTC-2022-006. It can currently be found at the following link. https://www.dtcc.com/-/media/Files/Downloads/legal/rule-filings/2022/DTC/SR-DTC-2022-006.pdf Unfortunately, vast swathes of this proposed rule change are redacted. I can understand the need for liquidity stress testing models to be kept secret, but included in the redacted sections are actual proposed rule change language. I'm hoping this is a genuine oversight as surely, it's beyond ridiculous to propose rules that are redacted. The public & industry cannot comment on rule proposals they cannot see.
