To Whom It May Concern,
There have been too many acts of financial manipulation by hedge fund institutions and well-funded professional short sellers, and we need more transparency and protective measures. The proposed (aformentioned) companion amendment to SR-DTC-2021-003 is a necessary one. It holds people and institutions more accountable for their actions.
