Good Morning, I am writing with my comments on the above amendment. I am an investor whose positions have been materially affected by issues with misleading and infrequent reporting by major actors in the market. I also have concerns that my positions will be negatively affected by such actors' liquidity issues. I therefore believe the above amendment should be passed in order to give myself and other investors more peace of mind and to protect our investments from bad faith actors who seek to cause volatility in the market for personal gain. I believe such amendment is in line with the SEC's duty to protect investors, as well as its duty to keep the market fair and functioning efficiently.
