This is regarding the following:
Notice of Filing and Immediate Effectiveness of the Twenty-Second Charges Amendment to the Second Restatement of the CTA Plan and the Thirteenth Charges Amendment to the Restated CQ Plan (Release No. 34-83071; File No. SR-CTA/CQ-2017-04)
Bloomberg SAPI is not a datafeed and never has been. In order for a user to see the SAPI data, one has to have a Bloomberg Anywhere license. Without this license, one cannot view the data through the SAPI.
This is simply a way to get extra revenue for nothing for CTA. There is absolutely no basis for this and would incur additional fees for no added value.
In the very least this should be extended for further review, because CTA is incorrect.
