Dear SEC Commissioners:
I strongly urge you to approve the proposed sale of the Chicago Stock Exchange. The SEC is supposed to be outside of the realm of politics, so the delay so far is an absolute abdication of your responsibility as a regulatory agency. You must not further undermine the authority, validity, and respect of the SEC, and approve immediately this proposed deal. The delay has been bad policy, and the more quickly the approval happens, the less damage you will have done. Please approve the CHX sale immediately.
