Dear Commissioners,
I am writing today to strongly support approval of the proposed sale of the Chicago Stock Exchange to the group of investors that include the Chinese. The proposal has included a willingness on the part of the CHX to submit to oversight, and it has also received approval from both the CFIUS and your own staff. The SEC should not allow politics to continue to delay any further, an otherwise appropriate approval. It has already taken quite some time to reach this point, and I encourage the approval of this proposed sale as soon as possible.
