Greetings, Considering the SEC has approved some questionable ETF’s like the inverse Cathie Wood ETF / Jim Cramer, as well as Spot Gold and BTC futures, I’m perplexed as to why the SEC hasn’t approved the spot BTC ETF. I for one am not willing to invest in any digital assets directly or via an exchange - mostly due to the SEC’s rabid enforcement strategy by suing these entities and the fear of loosing private keys. However I would like exposure to this asset class and the ETF appears to be the safest vehicle. Thank you for all you do.
