Any standards/controls for the issue of a cryptocurrency (existing or new). What if any are responsibilities of those creating ETFs, in verifying these standards/controls?
Can anyone issue a new cryptocurrency AND also issue paper certificates , as a version of a \"cold wallet\" with misleading names ex. \" BittycoinforKids\"). Won't that be akin to issuing a lottery tickets with no verification?
Do we accept unintelligible disclaimers?
