Dear Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and its team: The lack of regulatory oversight in many underdeveloped and developing countries makes them susceptible to fraud and scams. Approval of a Bitcoin Spot ETF without comprehensive regulatory frameworks will heighten the risk of fraudulent investment schemes targeting unsuspecting investors in these regions. The SEC must deeply assess and consider the negative impact on international investors who may lack the sophistication to navigate the complexities of cryptocurrency markets, falling victim to fraudulent activities associated with the ETF. As the US SEC Chair has publicly admitted that there is significant Non-compliance across many laws and agencies by Crypto currencies companies. Thus, in the interest of the public and the common man of this world, I request the US SEC to reject all Bitcoin Spot ETFs and any such similar investments. Sincerely, Harish
