To Whom It May Concern, I would like to submit my comment that I believe a Bitcoin ETF should be approved by the SEC. Regarding the use of Bitcoin, it has been shown that. The broad generalizations about the use of Bitcoin in illicit finance are significantly overstated. Further, blockchain analysis is a highly effective crime fighting and intelligence gathering tool. Please see attached report by Former CIA Director. I would also like to submit my comment that approving a Bitcoin ETF will allow for greater regulation and oversight in the current market, which would decrease the likelihood that it would be used for illicit activity/market manipulation.
