Dear Sir or Madam,
I strongly believe that the time is right to introduce BTC ETF. This would provide and contribute the much needed governing factor to oversee the development of the Cryptospace. Institutional investors would be then shielded by the SEC from the promiscuities of possible hacks and some of the remaining complexities of the sphere. This would also serve to bring a larger share of financial operations in this sphere under governmental oversight regulation and taxation. This in itself could be attractive as although investors would now need to pay tax on their perhaps previously off-radar investments, some will definitely view it as a safety and convenience payment for not having to deal with buying and selling of large volumes of BTC directly.
