To whom this may concern,

I am a retail investor with the means to research my own investments, whether through traditional mainstream methods such as individual stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETNs, ETFs and so on. I personally have chosen to invest heavily through traditional investment vehicles, but I have also researched Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple and many other cryptocurrencies and crypto-assets, along with their relatively high level of risk. As a self-educated investor I have allocated a portion of my holdings to crypto assets, but the current means of purchasing crypto assets is prone to error, loss of funds, accidental error in where the assets are sent and wallets or exchanges that are prone to attack or hack. If an ETF were issued, it would be a far safer vehicle for investors to enter the market, especially if such a product were insured for investors protection. Individuals will participate in this market whether there is a traditional ETF vehicle for it or not, but an ETF vehicle would protect investors far more than current means.

I urge the SEC to consider allowing the CBOE ETF for Bitcoin.
