Honorable Commissioners,
I am writing in regard to CBOE's proposal to offer a Bitcoin ETF.
Cryptocurrencies are a modern reality and unlikely to fade. For the average person, however, their purchase and use requires some technical acuity.
Mutual funds and ETFs have done a great deal to bring the longterm rewards of investing and diversification to millions of unsophisticated investors around the world.
To bring the benefits of the cryptocurrency markets to more people, and to allow those with fewer resources or limited technical knowledge to benefit from this flourishing market, I believe that the Commission should approve CBOE's application and open this market to average investors.
