In regards to File No. SR-CboeBZX-2018-040:
I believe that regulators must approve the cryptocurrency ETF if America is to remain one of the most innovate economies in the world. The SEC has taken too long to understand this alternative investment and has endangered funds of investors who venture into the space without full knowledge of safeguarding their coins.
Unfortunately, most blockchain systems like Bitcoin are never meant for centralization and the commission must come to terms with that. ETFs allow more retail investors to invest in the manner that is most familiar to them while blockchain technology improves. Please vote yea to the ETF.
