Dear SEC,
Please allow the CBOE BTC ETF filling to take place. So much of the world's/countries wealth is held in the hands of an aging population. While many wealthy people have altruistic values, most of that money is hoarded and not placed back into the economy in progressive ways, at least in terms of growing our society. It is really hard for the middle aged and youth of our country to get ahead. Helping cryptocurrencies to become mainstream will help to create a wealth shift, one that our stagnant country needs desperately. Thank you!
