Dear SEC,
You were right to not approve the prior proposals for a Bitcoin ETF. Those proposals had serious flaws. But now those flaws have been solidly addressed by the CBOE proposal. A Bitcoin ETF is an investment product whose time has come. I encourage you to approve the CBOE's listing of SolidX Bitcoin Shares issued by the VanEck SolidX Bitcoin Trust.
