The goal of BOX Options, and Box Digital, is clearly to "accommodate" and/or cross-trade and avoid the transparency they claim to provide. Look at the BOX trading floor in Chicago and you can see how the alleged benefits of the trading floor are non-existent and only provide a vehicle to increase commissions and trading fees. Markets are never improved by the sham open-outcry and if Box Digital is permitted to exist, the market in these securities will created for the sole purpose of generating fees with no benefit to the trading public.
