I previously submitted comment regarding File Number SR-BatsBZX-2016-30 and have the following addendum in support of my request that the Commission delay approval.

1. While the US IRS has declared bitcoin an "asset" recent court decisions have ruled bitcoin a "currency". The SEC should delay this rule change until bitcoin's status is confirmed. It would be unfortunate for investors to be saddled with a significant change in status of their investment. Also the ETF prospectus may no longer be properly describing bitcoin.
