Please register my objection to the subject proposed rule.
As a current and past volunteer member of municipal boards I find that any additional regulation or registration; especially of the nature of that proposed in the subject rule to be counter to the spirit of community service and discouraging to those who are considering serving (and more importantly, continuing to serve) on municipal boards.
