I am totally against SEC's Proposed Regulations Relating to Municipal Advisor Registration, File S7-45-10; it would so complicate life for such competent people that these talanted and informed people would involve themselves in less demanding actrivities.
Please exert your efforts to lessen the complexity of life on others.
