To whom it may concern:
It is my belief that the definition of a municipal advisor should exclude employees of obligated persons. I believe the proposed registration legislation should not be passed. Our employees are only working in the capacity of an employee and are only engaging in endeavors that will benefit the hospital and the community and are not acting in the role of advisors. With respect to board members I believe this legislation would make it extremely difficult to retain and attract new board members. These people are donating their personal time and are unpaid and this legislation would discourage involvement in this important community service role.
