I am all for reporting debt swaps to the sec. And for the sec to supervise the debt swaps. It will help the clearing house to do their job. And in turn that will help our economy. It will also help to keep fraud out of the market. Keeping secrets is like lieing.
Naked shorting is like legalized theft. I would not like people to be pulling money out of my bank account either.
